How to find you hair porosity

The first step to finding which scalp/hair oil will work best for you is to find out your hair porosity. Our variety of products are designed to meet the needs of all hair types.
Start by putting a strand of your hair into a glass of water. If the strand floats on top of the water, you have low porosity hair. If the strand floats and then slowly sinks, you have medium porosity hair. If the strand sinks to the bottom, you have high porosity hair.
Scalp oil has been used in many different cultures for centuries to improve hair health and growth. Scalp oil is meant to be applied directly to the scalp. Make sure to always test a small section of your scalp first to ensure there will be no bad reactions. To help improve the effectiveness of the product, massage the product in for 2-5 minutes after applying.
